I guarantee that all orders are shipped securely and discreetly. I use vacuum-sealing to eliminate smell.

** ALERT ** Canada Post has slowed down significantly due to Covid and now increased Christmas shipping. Some parcels arrive on time, others may experience delays, sometimes up to 10 days. Thank you for your patience.

I send virtually all orders out by Xpresspost within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Usually people receive their orders within 4-5 business days of our receiving payment. Occasionally shipping will take a few days longer due to supply issues or other factors. It may also take a few days longer for mail delivery if you live in a rural area.

In the very rare event that your product doesn’t arrive I will usually replace some or all of your order once for free. If the resend also doesn’t make it then any further attempts are at my discretion only and not guaranteed. This is very rare.

IF YOU SEND CASH AND IT GETS STOLEN BEFORE REACHING ME THEN I WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER.
